We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making your reservation at Maravakandy Resort.
Cancellation Windows
More than 7 days before check-in
Full refund of the advance amount paid. No cancellation charges apply.
3 to 7 days before check-in
50% of the advance amount will be refunded. 50% will be retained as cancellation charges.
Less than 3 days before check-in
No refund will be provided. The full advance amount will be retained.
No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Booking Modifications
- • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days prior to the original check-in date.
- • Room upgrades or changes are subject to availability at the time of request.
- • Any price difference due to date or room changes will be communicated before confirmation.
Refund Process
- • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- • For cancellation requests, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, forest department closures, or other events beyond our control that prevent us from providing the booked services, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered at the resort's discretion.
Early Departure
If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the booked dates, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
